Child sexual abuse is a difficult topic to discuss, but it is vital that we openly talk about this issue and gain the knowledge and skills to protect all children. Join Alaska Children’s Trust trainer Eliza Posner in-person to learn about how you can protect Alaska’s children and youth.

In this training from Prevent Child Abuse Vermont and Alaska Children's Trust, participants will:

  • Understand the facts about child sexual abuse, including associated risk factors and impacts

  • Learn to foster healthy relationship skills in children

  • Recognize sexually abusive and grooming behaviors and learn to respond

  • Practice skills with example scenarios

This training will include snacks, a $25 gift card for all who stay the entire training, and there is a possibility of provided childcare- select below.
